Building your new home and future today

Today is the best time to build a new home.  If you have good credit and a steady job the deals you can get today would have been laughed at two years ago.  I have seen builders buying down rates to 3% fixed for 30 years or even 1% for five years.  These deals cost the seller money but the sellers will give this away to attract a qualified buyer. 

Another example I have seen is a builder paying for the customers new car.  How about a new toyota highlander with the new house? Appliances that are of incredible quality, College tuitions funded, extra security systems etc.  Now is the time to take advantage of the buys.  It won't last because it can't.  These deals can only go on for a short time then the market place will put an end to them quickly.

Why is now the best time to buy real estate?
